1. Berries
Blueberries and blackberries are rich in anthocyanins that inhibit cancer growth and feed your gut microbes. This is vital because 80% of your immune system is in your gut microbiome. Research has shown that anthocyanins can decrease breast, prostate, and colon cancer.

2. Citrus fruits
