Last week we had Martial Ribreau, a renowned French Masterbaker who has been baking for the past 30 years, try some Chinese baked buns for the first time. Well after that shoot Martial wanted to invite us over to his French bakery to experience some authentic patisserie. So today we brought in a Chinese baker who also happened to be baking for the last 30 years and he's going to be trying the entire menu!
