I’ve been reading Finish What You Start and realizing how often I get stuck in overthinking, overwhelm, and procrastination.

If you’re in the same boat, here’s what I’m trying: 1. 5-Second Rule (Mel Robbins) – Count down from 5 and take action before your brain talks you out of it. No more decision paralysis.

2. Break it down – Instead of a long to-do list, I’m dividing tasks into personal, career, and health goals and only focusing on 4 key tasks a day. Makes everything feel way more doable.

3. Time block – Set a timer, focus, and just start.

4. All notifications = OFF – The only alerts I get now are texts and calls from my loved ones.
Everything else? Can wait. It’s crazy how much clearer my mind feels.
