Hispano Suiza Carmen Sagrera debuts at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024

Hispano Suiza made a remarkable debut of the Carmen Sagrera hypercar at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, showcasing its innovation and celebrating the brand's 120th Anniversary. Just a month after its initial reveal in Barcelona, the Carmen Sagrera tackled the challenging Goodwood hillclimb, proving its prowess in the automotive world. The event, hosted by British model and driver Jodie Kidd alongside Hispano Suiza's CEO Sergio Martínez Campos, offered an in-depth look at the hypercar's numerous innovations.

On the opening day of the event, former Formula 1 driver and Hispano Suiza ambassador Luis Pérez-Sala took the Carmen Sagrera for its dynamic debut. With 1,114 hp of electric power, aerodynamic enhancements, and a new 103 kWh battery, the Carmen Sagrera demonstrated its racetrack capabilities. Pérez-Sala expressed his excitement about driving the hypercar, highlighting the thrill and challenge of the demanding hillclimb course, and the warm reception from the fans.

This year, Hispano Suiza had its own stand at the Festival of Speed, welcoming thousands of fans and launching its new Capsule Collection. The collection, which evokes the essence of the Gentleman Driver, includes highly demanded products such as polo shirts, T-shirts, jackets, and caps. Following the event, these items will be available in the brand's online boutique. Hispano Suiza's rich history, spanning 120 years, is preserved and propelled into the future by the founder's great-grandson, Miguel Suqué Mateu, ensuring the brand's legacy and dynamism continue.
