INSANE 48hrs on Cebu Island in the Philippines

After the island of Palawan, the island of Cebu is most likely the second most popular place to visit while in the Philippines and this is exactly where we take you in this vlog.

By far the most popular thing to do in Cebu is Canyoneering. We decided to do our canyoneering experience in Kawasan Falls which is about 3 hours from Cebu City by car. This was an incredible adventure that you need to put at the top of your travel list for the Philippines.

Our journey started right in Lapu-Lapu City where we stayed during our time on the island. From there, we rented two scooters and drove to Cebu City where most of the tourist attractions are. We started with a great breakfast at Lakeview Le Jardin, a stunning restaurant with an incredible view. The drive to make it all the way up there was also a bit long but quite fun with some very nice views along the way.

We also visited one of the most popular garden of Cebu City called Sirao Garden. I can't say this is a must do but if you like taking some cool photos than that might just be the place to do it.

On our way down the mountain, we also stopped at the new view points called Tops Cebu City which is much more than just a view point. It has restaurant stores and so much more making it a great place to spend an evening.

Finally, we visited the Temple of Leah which is a very popular tourist attraction in Cebu City. This is a very new temple built by a wealthy local for his wife. If you need to skip one thing in your exploring day, this is the one...

Cebu also has a ton of markets and night markets but Monday is not the day to visit them apparently!
