Prime rib season is finally here and we’re kicking it off with the ultimate prime rib sandwich! The compound butter locks in all of the flavor and adds herbaceous flavors with my chimichurri rub. Then dipping that Texas toast in those buttery drippings adds incredible flavor to take it over the top!
