For the last 10 years and especially since the Ukraine war started, Russia has been trying to create an image of a BASED conservative traditional country. Russia has already banned many things, and it seems like now time has come for women's rights. The Russian government is officially banning the childfree movement, prohibiting 'propaganda of not having children'. Moreover, Russia is also reducing access to abortion, all in the name of saving the country from a demographic crisis. So, yes, Russia is basically planning to force Russians to have children.
