Russia is known for calling itself a traditional conservative country - and the laws definitely follow suit: recently Russia banned LGBT and considered it as an extremist movement. Well, I was very surprised to find out that apparently there are transgender soldiers in the Russian army, fighting in Ukraine. In fact, a lot of them are volunteers that fully support Putin and the Z ideology. How is this possible? Why would a trans person fight for the conservative ideals of Russia?
