For years, I’ve been eating kebabs from street corners, especially during my student days. But recently, I asked myself: Do I even know what a kebab really is? 🤔

In this first episode of my new 3-part series, I dive deep into the origins of kebabs and question everything I thought I knew about this iconic dish. Why do the kebabs we eat today feel so far from the original? Are they really as unhealthy as they seem? And most importantly, what makes a real kebab?
