The BIG Moment

100,000 subscribers. It feels surreal to say that.

6.5 years ago, I started Raw Startup with zero subscribers, zero views, and zero idea what I was doing. In the first year, I gained 1,731 subscribersโ€”at that pace, it wouldโ€™ve taken 57 years to get here. Even 4 years in, I was at 18,331 with a long way to go.

Thereโ€™s something in me that loves starting from scratch, even when it feels impossible. I canโ€™t explain it, but I thrive on the challengeโ€”though it can be incredibly painful.

And yes, I wanted to quitโ€”after nearly every video. The work was exhausting and the results were slow. But I kept going.

What about haters? I donโ€™t see them. I ignore negativity and focus on the people who supported me along the way. To them, I am endlessly thankful. Sure, some people laughed at the idea of a 45-year-old starting a YouTube channel, but that just motivated me more.

Today, my biggest video has 1.3 million views. Thatโ€™s more than a million people who found value in something I created.

Hereโ€™s what Iโ€™ve learned:
1๏ธโƒฃ Find your audience.
2๏ธโƒฃ Build for them.
3๏ธโƒฃ Never quit.

The video attached captures the moment we hit 100,000 subscribers. That milestone represents years of persistence, doubt, and small wins that added up over time.

If youโ€™re out there starting something that feels impossible, keep going. Itโ€™s worth it.
