Which of the 29 Thai Dishes would you want to eat the most?

Today we’re in Thai Town, Sydney, Australia, one of only two officially recognized Thai towns in the world. Along with shopping, most importantly you’ll find some of the best Thai food out of Thailand - and so in this video I’ll be showing you 29 Thai dishes you have to eat and where in Thai Town, Sydney!

1. Tam Boo Pla Raa (ตำปูปลาร้า) - Papaya Salad with Fermented Fish Sauce

Mexican Street Food - The Most INSANE Tacos You’ve Never Heard Of!!

Which sausage do you want to eat first?

Today I’m hanging out with Peluche Torres (@PelucheTorres ) go on a small Mexican street food tour in Mexico City. Here are the places we ate:

Rica Pancita Anita (https://maps.app.goo.gl/jDYLFBVMwT4RQdrN8) - First up we headed to Rica Pancita Anita to eat what’s called pacita, or menudo, a stew of cow stomach and organs boiled in chiles and achiote. It was delicious and a Mexican breakfast of champions.

Ricos Tacos Toluca (https://maps.app.goo.gl/M4qz1juVWGM3YJuj8) - But the real highlight of the day was going to this unbelievable Mexican street food stall that specializes in sausages and longaniza from Toluca. They have half a dozen different sausages, and some very unique ones, like the green sausage loaded with jalapenos. It was amazing, and unlike any other tacos I’ve ever had.

New Project: Tearing down the V-8 engine from Cammisa's Rover SD1 | Redline Update

Jason Cammisa wants double the horsepower in his smog-choked 1980 Rover SD1 and Davin Reckow is happy to help! It's the Hagerty YouTube collaboration you've all been waiting for. First step? Davin and Jason need to pull the engine. After that, Davin is on his own as he tears down the aluminum (aluminium?), Buick-designed, Rover V-8 engine, and begins to formulate a plan to take this 130-horsepower dog to a 250+ HP burnout machine.
