I did not feel comfortable during this journey, though the journey from Yangon to Mandalay went smoothly.

I've visited New Bagan in Myanmar during the civil war in 2024. This town is located near the ancient city of Bagan, offers a unique blend of history and culture. Known for its rich heritage, New Bagan is home to numerous pagodas and temples, making it a must-visit for those interested in Myanmar’s ancient architecture. Tourists often search for "Bagan temples," "Bagan travel guide," and "Bagan hotel recommendations" to plan their visit. New Bagan also provides a more modern experience compared to Old Bagan, with local markets and restaurants that showcase Burmese cuisine. Travelers looking for "Bagan tours" and "Bagan balloon rides" will find New Bagan a perfect starting point. Despite the challenges in Myanmar, New Bagan remains a testament to the resilience and enduring beauty of its people and culture.
