【注意】しらたきは、一度に大量には食べないように気をつけてください。大量っていうのは、1kgとかそれくらいです。この動画で紹介している分量であれば全く問題ありません！

1. 二郎系 しらたきラーメン

※しらたきから水分が出るので、調味料は本家さまよりも増やした量を使用しています。

【材料】
・しらたき：400 g
・豚肩ロース：200 g ※この動画では好きなだけ使っています
・塩こしょう：適量
・ニンニク：2かけ
・もやし：1パック分
・キャベツ：ひとつかみ
・醤油：20 ml
・みりん：10 ml
・砂糖：10 g
・オリーブ油：大さじ1
・水：適量

【作り方】
1. 肉をカットしてバットに移し、塩こしょうで下味をつける。
2. しらたきの水をよく切り、食べやすいようにカットする。
3. ニンニクをスライスする。
4. キャベツをちぎる。
5. 醤油 20 ml、砂糖 10 g、みりん 10 ml を容器に入れて混ぜる。
6. フライパンにオリーブオイルを入れ、スライスしたニンニクを加えてニンニクチップを作る。
※できたニンニクオイルは別容器に移しておく。
7. 余った油で豚肉を好きなだけ焼く。
8. 肉に火が通ったら、調味料としらたきを入れ、ざっと混ぜる。
9. キャベツともやしをさっと茹でる（40秒～1分）。
10. 盛り付け順：しらたき → 豚肉 → 汁 → ニンニクオイル → キャベツともやし → すりおろしニンニク・ニンニクチップ。
完成！

2. しらたき すき焼き

※しらたきから水分が出るので、調味料は本家さまよりも増やした量を使用しています。

【材料】
・しらたき：400 g
・すき焼き用の牛肉：200～300 g
・長ネギ：1本
・醤油：30 cc
・みりん：30 cc
・パルスイート：15 cc
・味の素：5～8振り
・牛脂：1個
・卵：2個

【作り方】
1. 長ネギを一口サイズに切る。
2. しらたきの水をよく切り、食べやすいようにカットする。
3. 生卵をお皿に移し、よく溶く。
4. フライパンにしらたきを入れ、牛肉以外の材料をすべて加える。
5. 長ネギに味を染み込ませるため、フライパンを傾けて長ネギを加熱する。
6. 牛肉を加え、全体的に軽く火を通す。
7. 溶き卵を回しかけ、20秒ほど蓋をして軽く火を通す。
完成！

3. 無限しらたきもやし

【材料】
・しらたき：400 g
・もやし：2袋
調味料
・醤油：30 cc
・ごま油：30 cc
・酢：30 cc
・中華だし（顆粒）：15 g
・コチュジャン：15 g（お好みで調整）
・いりごま：大さじ2
・にんにくチューブ：5 cm
・生姜チューブ：5 cm（お好みで）

【作り方】
1. 耐熱容器にもやしを2袋入れ、軽くラップをして600 Wで5分加熱する。
2. 加熱後、もやしから出た水分を捨てる。
3. パッキン付きの容器にもやしを移し、調味料をすべて入れる。
4. しっかり蓋をする。
5. 容器をひっくり返しながら、全体が混ざるように振る。
6. 冷蔵庫に半日以上寝かせて味を染み込ませる。※時間がない場合は冷やさなくてもOK。
完成！
