Welcome to Rwanda's capital city, Kigali. This incredible metropole is know to be the cleanest and safest city in whole of Africa and after spending a few days there, we tend to agree with that statement!

As every visit to Rwanda should start, we went to the Kigali Genocide Memorial which was emotional to say the least but it is truly an event that cannot be forgotten as remembering it a way to make sure it never happens again.

From there, we went deep into the city of Kigali and started our exploration with food! One things that really stood our is the fact that Rwandan truly do not use a lot of oil in their food. Except for chilly oil of course... Spicy!

Walking around their two car free zones was also very refreshing as not many city around the world have these kind of places and even less on the African continent. This is one of many example showing how Rwanda is a leader.

After 4 years in Africa we also finally went on a moto ride also known as boda boda in other countries. The motos in Rwanda are as safe as it gets with proper driving and helmets.

Our perfect weekend in Halifax starts at a very fun place called Halimac. A great place to have a drink and use some extra energy you might have before going back to your hotel and relax for the night. But before settling for the night, we visited the best restaurant in Halifax according to reviews which is the Bicycle Thief. We have been there many times and it is always a true delight.

Talking about hotel, he stayed at one of our favorite hotel in Halifax which is The Sutton Place. This hotel was built just a few years back and is everything you can expect from a five star hotel. As you can see in our vlog, the room we stayed at was spacious, modern and had an amazing view of downtown Halifax. The hotel itself couldn't be better located either.

Since a stay in Halifax is nothing without going on the water well, we did it twice! Thanks to our friends at Ambassatours Grayline we boarded the world famous Halifax Harbour Hopper, a green amphibious vehicle taking you around town on land and in the water for the perfect Halifax city tour. And later one that day we went on the Tallship Silva for a breathtaking sunset cruise on the Halifax Harbour up and around Georges Island.

Lastly, do not miss the Halifax Waterfront located along the harbour in downtown Halifax. During the summer season, this boardwalk has so much to offer from local shops to restaurant, patios and all kinds of fun activities.

Because Watamu is our favorite location on the Kenyan Coast, this is where we decided to take our family who came all the way from Canada to relax a little and enjoy some beach time after their safari adventure!

But of course, we couldn't bring them to some random beach resort! We took them to Watamu's best beach villa. Welcome to Zuri by Tribalsand. This luxury beach villa has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people. It has 2 living rooms, a beautiful dinning room and more outdoor space that you could ever dream of. We had 3 kids with us and if you ask them, their favorite part was definitely the massive pool and beach access because yes, the Zuri Villa is beachfront!

For the family to have the full Kenyan coast experience, we also planned a few activities even though they were already more than contempt with the beach villa itself.

Up first, we took them for the best pizza of their life at Sunset Beach Restaurant. This place crafts authentic Italian pizzas and there are not other place like it. Yes, we have been to Italy and had pizza there but we stand by what we say when we state that Sunset Beach Watamu has the best pizza in the world.

And because a trip to the Kenyan Coast wouldn't be complete with a day at the, we took the family onboard our favorite dhow called Pepo Huru. It all started with dolphin sighting before heading to a private beach and ending the morning with some snorkeling where I saw my first stingray in Kenya. From there, we headed for lunch at Rock and Sea where we had some delicious handmade pasta and seafood before going back on the Pepo Huru dhow for a beautiful sunset cruise on Mida Creek. Literally the perfect day in Watamu, Kenya.

So we drove with the family from Halifax to Twin Shores Camping Area where Tracey's parents parked their trailer for the week. We put our tent on the ground and headed straight the the beach to enjoy some quality time with the nieces and nephews.

But PEI has so much more to offer then just the campground and because I am personally a kid as well, I was so happy to go to Sandspit Amusement Park in Cavendish Beach. We all had a lot of fun riding the go-karts, roller coaster, bumper cars and more. We highly suggest you stay until the sun goes down so you can see all the light come on.

Charlottetown, the capital of Prince Edward Island is also worth visiting when traveling to the province. This is your typical small Canadian town filled with charm, restaurant and small boutiques. Don't forget to have some ice cream at Cow's Ice Cream which is to some people the best ice cream in the world.

Finally, for our last night in P.E.I. the entire family to the beach in Twin Shores campground for a fantastic sunset and seafood dinner. We got some lobster and muscles, cooked them right in ocean water and on the beach before all sitting down together and watching the sunset.

As a Russian, it's always been very interesting to me how a lot of Russians dislike the government and are overall very unhappy with their quality of life, but in the end still choose to support Putin and his policies. Well, today I'll show you a perfect example of Russian logic: I found this Russian TikToker who is constantly mad at the government because of the quality of roads in his hometown, but he is also Z at the same and supports Russia against Ukraine. Amboseli is one of the most beautiful areas of Kenya. From the lush planes and incredible views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the background there is truly nothing else like it. But what does it look like during the Kenyan rainy season? Let's find out!

For this safari adventure, we are staying at the Ol Tukai Lodge one of the most famous safari camp in Amboseli National Park and maybe even Kenya. This safari lodge is fairly affordable and very nice for the price. The large, two story lounge is the highlight with its style and of course the view of Kili.

In terms of food, Ol Tukai safari camp has an amazing buffet with a large of variety of food which we truly appreciated at every single meal. The live cooking station also added a lot to the meal experiences.

Now rainy season... And we went during the long rainy season too in January. The reality is that we saw less wildlife as usual. We have done many safaris inside the Amboseli National Park which was extremely successful with lions, cheetahs, elephants and more but this time was a bit different. The heavy rains around Amboseli are making large quantities of water drain into the National Park keeping animals away, especially during morning hours. With that being said, lots of them seems to be coming into the park later in the afternoon where we had much more success and saw everything from elephants to hyenas, zebras and hippos. And because of that, we still think that the experience is worth it. Don't forget too that this period of the year is outside of high season meaning that most safari experiences are cheaper therefor more accessible for a lot of people.

Overall a fun weekend which proves the argument that there is no bad time to visit Kenya. You might simply get a different experience which for sure will be worth it! we even finished our safari trip with a little self drive safari where we saw a super tusker elephant!
