I love working, but I also don’t want to push people to work super hard because they might have different goals .. working hard might not make them happy or fulfilled... That being said ... I notice a lot of people pushing back against hard work, but in many cases, it’s not actually hard work that leads people to burnout – it's the fact that they aren’t actually doing something they love or what they're good at .. When you love what you do, it’s not as difficult to work hard, and at the end of the day, this is all one big game of self-awareness .. there are no universal formulas for what people 'should' or 'shouldn’t' do .. there’s only what’s right for you ❤️
