SpaceX is launching the 11th full stack Starship with its Super Heavy booster, B15.2. This previously flown booster will again not be caught as SpaceX will attempt some more hazardous engine out scenarios with the booster, so it will splashdown off the coast.

Following the success of flight 10, Starship S38 will further test the limits of the ship and heatshield, and hopefully propulsively splashdown in the Indian Ocean.
