In a segment that powers the European market, the New Eclipse-Cross is fully developed to compete. It marks a turning point for the brand, as it embraces complete electrification, and is the first BEV since the pioneering i-MiEV, the worlds first electric vehicle to enter full series production.

The family all-electric C-SUV is engineered for driving, equally at home taking on the daily commute as it is on long-distance adventures, with a range of up to 600km on a single charge. The Eclipse Cross’s robust and dynamic design created in Europe, embodies Mitsubishi Motors’ advanced design direction, and projects its confidence.

The second-generation Hyundai Palisade has finally arrived in Australia with a beefy new hybrid system and an even more luxurious interior to woo buyers shopping at the upper end of mainstream brands.

Seen here in the sole Caligraphy grade set to be offered at launch, the Palisade will start from around $90,000 and come in both seven- and eight-seat configurations.

A rival to the Toyota Kluger, Nissan Pathfinder and the outgoing Jeep Grand Cherokee L, the Palisade competes in a small but still popular end of the large SUV segment.

Although not officially on sale just yet, in today’s video, senior contributor Nathan Ponchard is taking a look at a pre-production version of the new Palisade to see if it's worth getting excited about.
