On June 8, 2025, a Ukrainian Mig-29 carried out a precision strike that destroyed two Russian targets with a single French-made AASM Hammer bomb. The first explosion took out an infantry headquarters. Seconds later, a secondary blast ignited a nearby ammunition depot, likely due to stored munitions caught in the initial blast.

Drone footage confirms both detonations were the result of one bomb, marking a rare and effective double-target hit. Ukraine began integrating AASM Hammers in March 2024, with confirmed airborne use by August. France supplies up to 50 bombs per month. As of June 9, Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance reports 997,120 Russian casualties, with the one million mark expected within days.

Sodium bicarbonate is an alkaline compound made naturally by the pancreas to help neutralize stomach acid as it enters the small intestine. A poorly functioning pancreas can result in bloating, diarrhea, and constipation.

Baking soda can work as a temporary solution for an acid stomach, but not for indigestion! Indigestion is caused by low stomach acid, so baking soda would only worsen the problem. Apple cider vinegar and betaine hydrochloride can help with indigestion.

GERD and acid reflux are also related to low stomach acid, but baking soda can help temporarily. ACV and betaine hydrochloride are better long-term solutions. Baking soda can also help with gastritis, but it should be taken with zinc carnosine for this problem.

Stomach acid should be highly acidic with a pH between 1 and 3. Today, we’re going to talk about the many benefits of colostrum. Colostrum has potent antiviral, antitumor, and wound-healing properties.
