Where is my deer meat? 🦌🥩

日本ではシカの増加により、深刻な農林業被害が発生しています。
シカは樹皮や若芽を食べ、森林の再生を妨げてしまうため、毎年数十万頭が生態系保全のために駆除されています。

しかし、その約9割が廃棄され、税金が処理費用に使われているのが現状です。
もし鹿肉の消費が増えれば、無駄な廃棄が減り、命をつなぐサイクルが生まれます。

多くの人がエゾシカを「美味しく、幸せに」食べることで消費が広がれば、命への感謝と経済循環が生まれ、地方自治体の廃棄コストも削減できます。
こうした循環が機能すれば、被害の軽減にもつながり、地方経済、さらには日本全体を支える力にもなります。

エゾシカの命を大切にし、美味しく食べることが、日本の未来を守る一歩です。
このサイクルを少しでも機能させることが、私の願いです。

In Japan, the growing deer population is causing serious damage to agriculture and forests.
Deer eat tree bark and young plants, preventing forests from regenerating.
To protect the ecosystem, hundreds of thousands of deer are culled every year.

However, about 90% of the culled deer are discarded, and taxpayers’ money is used to cover the disposal costs.
If more people start eating venison, waste will be reduced, and we can create a cycle that gives meaning to their lives.

When more people enjoy eating Ezo deer in a delicious and grateful way, it not only increases consumption but also brings appreciation for life and supports local economies.
This could also reduce disposal costs for local governments and help lessen the overall damage caused by deer.

Respecting the lives of Ezo deer and enjoying their meat can be a small but powerful step toward protecting Japan’s future.
It is my hope to help this positive cycle take shape—even if only a little.

Today we are making another easy at home Disney Recipe which is the Grey Stuff Recipe from Beauty and the Beast. So, be our guest and follow along while we are making the grey stuff!

This is How to Make the Grey Stuff Recipe from Disney Beauty and the Beast:

Mix together:
- 1.5 Cup of Whole Milk
- 1 Pack of Vanilla pudding Mix
Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.

- Grind 15 Oreo Cookies
- 3 Tbsp of Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 Container of Cool Whip (thawed)
And add to the mixture before letting it cool down in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes.

Top with sugar pearls before serving.

That is it, you just made the Grey Stuff from Disney Beauty and the Beast and it's delicious, don't believe me, ask the dishes!

This dessert is served at the Be Our Guest restaurant Disney World Florida.
